Manager of Investment Properties - 8 month term
Halifax/Bedford, NS
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Development, the Manager of Investment Properties will be responsible to work collaboratively with others to manage, support, and execute key functions related to residential and commercial investment property origination, development and construction, operations and asset management, and divestment. Much of Cresco's investment property portfolio is owned and managed through partnerships, requiring the Manager of Investment Properties to coordinate the execution of duties collaboratively with Cresco's partners and their organizations. This position requires strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills, the ability to proactively initiate tasks and manage projects, a strategic mindset, and financial and business acumen.
Accounting Clerk
Halifax/Bedford, NS
As the Accounting Clerk, you will be a member of the finance team. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the accounts payable cycle of multiple companies, day-to-day banking, and government reporting and remittances.
Site Supervisor
Halifax/Bedford, NS
As the Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site on assigned projects ensuring the work is completed safely and consistent with Cresco standards and project specifications. You will lead and direct all on-site activities, including site security, manpower and logistics as well as establishing on-site work methods, managing material and supplies, and maintaining accurate and details project documents. You take pride in the quality of your work, have a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment and can motivate staff and identify opportunities to implement processes and methodologies that will increase productivity. Most importantly, you will provide safety leadership through implementation of Cresco Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety performance.
Health & Safety Manager
Halifax/Bedford, NS
Reporting to the VP Corporate Development, the Safety Manager will lead the ongoing development and implementation of Cresco’s safety culture. As the safety leader, the Safety Manager’s prime role is to continually improve, know, advise, and train on, and enforce Cresco’s safety program, safety policies, rules, codes of practice, and legislative compliance, as they impact all Cresco’s employees, projects, and contractors.
Sales Manager
Halifax/Bedford, NS
In this newly created position, you will provide and implement a strategic vision for Cresco’s sales division while forging a unique and winning relationship with the realtor community. You will direct activity and sales communication for each new Cresco project. As Sales Manager you’ll be in a unique position to bring your entrepreneurial mindset to each project by continually improving and elevating customer experience and have a creative passion managing sales campaigns for new home launches.
