Project Manager

Halifax/Bedford, NS

Cresco is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to oversee multi-unit commercial construction projects in the vibrant city of Halifax, Nova Scotia. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Accounting Clerk

Halifax/Bedford, NS

We are pleased to partner with Meridia Recruitment Solutions to help us fill this role. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the accounts payable cycle of multiple companies, day-to-day banking, and government reporting and remittances.

Site Supervisor

Halifax/Bedford, NS

 

As the Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site on assigned projects ensuring the work is completed safely and consistent with Cresco standards and project specifications. You will lead and direct all on-site activities, including site security, manpower and logistics as well as establishing on-site work methods, managing material and supplies, and maintaining accurate and details project documents. You take pride in the quality of your work, have a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment and can motivate staff and identify opportunities to implement processes and methodologies that will increase productivity. Most importantly, you will provide safety leadership through implementation of Cresco Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety performance.

Construction Site Assistant

Halifax/Bedford, NS

 

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Construction Site Assistant will support work on commercial and multi-residential construction jobs. This role requires a highly versatile skilled individual to work where needed. This ranges from performing general site tasks and correcting deficiencies to operating a telehandler as needed to load and unload construction materials. Working closely with the Senior Site Supervisor will be integral to the success of the site work completed.
