Bridget Phillips

Bridget coordinates the purchase of all materials needed to create your home. From the moment the design is complete until the final finishing touches, she works with our trusted suppliers and trade partners to ensure Cresco homes are built on time and on budget.

Bridget has a strong administrative background, across a number of different industries, but hasn’t always stayed behind a desk. She began in the heavy civil construction industry working in Quality Control for concrete, soil, and asphalt. After completing her Civil Engineering Technology at NSCC Ivany, she put her organizational skills to work doing estimating for commercial construction, before joining the Cresco team.

Growing up in a family of carpenters has helped her develop an eye for detail and quality craftsmanship. She is proud to be part of the Cresco team.

Away from the office, Bridget enjoys reading sci-fi novels, hiking in the woods, and a good cuppa tea.

Febin Baiju

Febin’s passion for residential design and drafting evolved from being around the construction sites of his father, who is a residential building contractor. Regular site visits to run errands and his keen interest in homes helped Febin notice possibilities for improvements in some design aspects of the houses. This gave him strong inspiration to learn and contribute towards creating a better living space for people.

After graduating with a diploma in Architectural Technician from Algonquin College in Ottawa and an online certificate program in Interior Design, Febin wanted to work with a company who genuinely cares about the quality of their buildings and enhances the quality of life of the people who live in it. He is very delighted for the opportunity to work at Cresco and with the highly accomplished senior staff members.

Outside work, Febin enjoys various activities at church, car meets, badminton, and being outdoor around the year for hiking, kayaking, road trips and winter adventures.

Wesley Dodd

Wesley is our general labourer, helping to put the finishing touches on all of our projects. Throughout his day he ensures that the sites are safe for our trade partners, and checks all final pieces throughout, to be sure your house is perfect before closing.

After moving from England in 2012 to Nova Scotia, Wesley worked as an electrical apprentice for a couple years before joining Cresco. Living close by seeing the community grow and being a part of that process is greatly rewarding.

When not at work Wesley enjoys football, the gym, socializing with friends and some good food.
