• with any trades/suppliers or sub-trades/sub-suppliers who have been retained by or on behalf of Cresco (or who are otherwise dealing with Cresco) to facilitate the completion and finishing of the unit and the installation of any extras or upgrades ordered or requested by you as the purchaser; 

• with other third parties, provided you have given your consent; and

• when we are required or permitted by law to do so.
